Luna Cristales, Producer
Luna was born and raised in Northern California between the Bay-Area and Lake Tahoe. A first-gen college graduate, Luna earned her B.A. in Cinema from San Francisco State University and freelanced on sets in SF and NYC. When she's not at Feather, Luna can be found at a movie theater, on a walk, and sometimes at home trying to learn the bass.
FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH PHOTOGRAPHY: As a teen in the 2010s she spent a lot of time on tumblr and was exposed to Rookie Magazine photographers like Petra Collins and Jess Woods. She started with a disposable camera out of high school to document her friends and concerts in the Bay-Area, and eventually upgraded to a Canon-A1. Her current camera of choice is a 2009 Fujifilm XP for its built-in sparkle and softening filters.
GUILTY PLEASURES WHILE PRODUCING: Drinking a hot chai tea, listening to the same 80s new-wave playlist, and checking Screen Slate for the latest movie showtimes.
